Hello hello everyone. Hope you all had a fabulous Eid day full of waiting for everyone to get ready, eating your weight in sewayyian, avoiding awkward hugs and of course EIDEE. But most importantly, we hope you looked FLY af for all the selfies and photos. Here’s what Amna and I have wore for Eid.
Fatima Jinnah Chic
I am just getting a kick out of calling my look this because come on, it’s so great. As soon as I saw these pants at Bonanza Satrangi I was like yes, mine. I never wear pastels and I most definitely never do this much pink but these pants were talking to me. Anf they are so breezy I could feel the air on my legs and in this heat, it’s necessary to wear such comfy clothes. I also have an unhealthy obsession with chikan kari so I am so glad I got this shirt (also from Bonanza Satrangi. The dupatta is from Ego.
My jhumkas are from Gulf at a bargain price of Rs.150 and my bangles are a set I bought ten years ago I think. I like to use my old stash because I don’t like buying new jewellery all the time. My shoes are an impulse buy from some Facebook store our mom tagged us in because she is an enabler like that.
I did my makeup from the Naked 3 palette and the lipstick is the NARS Audacious lipstick in Grace which is the most gorgeous pink ever. And that is me judging your Eid look because dang girl, you look fabulous.
I am in love with my Eid look which came together very last minute. I started with the shirt which is from Bonanza Satrangi. I thought I could pair it with gold tights I have but that was a huge no-no. My mom and I made a trip to Dolman Mall and after a bit of hunting we landed on this tulip shalwar from Sana Safinaz.
For accessories I added these gold beaded khussas from Regal shoe store and silver earrings that Atiya’s colleagues got her from their trip up north. The clutch is mom’s and is so versatile, it works for any outfit, any occasion.
For my makeup I followed this tutorial from Irene Khan using the products that I have. On my lips I have the Kylie lip kit in Mary Jo K.
So that is it for our Eid looks. What are you rocking this Eid? Let us know in the comments!
