Chocolate Chip Pancakes

The Martha Stewart pancake recipe is my go to for a luxurious Sunday morning. I added a bar of sea salt and caramel chocolate chunks to make it special but you can stick to healthy toppings like fruit and honey.

Ingredients

1 cup flour

2 tblsps sugar

2 tsps baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

1 cup milk

1 large egg

2 tblsps melted butter

1 bar chocolate, broken in chunks (can use chocolate chips)

Mix all the ingredients together and use a 1/4 cup measure to make pancakes in a heated, oiled pan. Drop in the chocolate in the pancake and flip when bubbles appear on the surface. Stack them high and drizzle honey and tuck in!

The reason I used Olper’s milk in all these recipes is because the milk is sourced from the healthiest cows that ensures a glass of healthy goodness reaches your table. Check out how lovely Rani looks in the TVC (that’s the cow not Armeena :P)
